Lyte offers electrolyte food supplements.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All product descriptions, ingredient information, and usage recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring suitability based on personal health conditions.

If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have specific health concerns, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional before using our products.


4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be completed at checkout via the available online payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or misuse of the website.


5. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

Where applicable, prices include 5% VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


6. Delivery

Delivery is available within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders placed before 14:00 (UAE time) may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect address details may result in delays or additional charges.


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to food supplement products:

Products may only be returned if:

  • The product is unopened

  • The original seal is intact

  • The packaging is undamaged

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

Biolyte Food Supplements Trading L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
