These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.lyte.ae and the purchase of products from Biolyte Food Supplements Trading L.L.C (“Lyte”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Our products are formulated for adults. If the product is intended for use by minors, consultation with a qualified healthcare professional is recommended prior to consumption.
3. Products & Health Disclaimer
Lyte offers electrolyte food supplements.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All product descriptions, ingredient information, and usage recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and ensuring suitability based on personal health conditions.
If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have specific health concerns, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional before using our products.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be completed at checkout via the available online payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or misuse of the website.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Where applicable, prices include 5% VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
United Arab Emirates: orders placed before 13:00 (UAE time) on a business day may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 13:00 will be delivered the next business day.
International: orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect address details may result in delays or additional charges.
7. Returns & Refunds
Right to cancel. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Contact us at shop@lyte.ae with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without a confirmed return request cannot be processed.
Sealed products. Lyte is a food supplement. For health protection and hygiene reasons, a box that has been opened, or whose seal has been broken, cannot be returned once delivered. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
Return shipping. The cost of returning the goods to us is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at shop@lyte.ae with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the original shipping cost, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.
Refunds. Once we have received and checked your return, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery cost of your original order; if you chose an upgraded or express delivery, we refund the equivalent of our standard delivery cost. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
Biolyte Food Supplements Trading L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product design, text, and visual materials, is the property of Biolyte Food Supplements Trading L.L.C and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
